Ramadan-Vesak Day Promotion (7 May 2020)

We are hoping to distribute Festive Care Packs to the factory-converted dormitories that Hope Initiative Alliance (HIA) and Alliance of Guest Workers Outreach (AGWO)—a movement of HIA—are supporting during this period of circuit breaker. In the festive care packs, we are hoping to include food items that may consist of some local delights (eg. dates, muruku etc) that our migrant workers will appreciate.
We hope to put the following items into the Festive Care Packs.

1. Food Items
- Biscuits (Digestive or Peanut Butter or Cashew nut cookies)
- Cereal
- Coffee/Tea/3 in 1 sachets
- Dried fruits (eg. Dates, dried mango)
- Fresh fruits (Cartons of fruits for donations are preferred than loose quantity.)

- Peanuts or nut pack

- Hand sanitiser
- Surgical masks
- Vitamin C supplements

3. Hygiene Products
- Antibacterial wipes
- Bars of soap
- Dettol
- Hand wash
- Rolls of Toilet paper

- Toothpaste, Toothbrush set
- Towels

We need cardboard boxes to store the items for distribution. Boxes of the same size preferred.
Quantity required: 200 – 300 boxes.

i. Customers are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions. For the purpose of clarity, “International Bible Experiences Pte Ltd” shall be referred to as “the Company” hereinafter.

ii. When the customer (You) purchase any tours or goods online from the Company, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

iii. The Company may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take immediate effect when posted on the website, and it is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website.

1 BOOKING & DEPOSIT
1.1 Bookings will be accepted upon the payment of deposit as stated in the itinerary. The deposit made forms part of the final payment. However, please note that the deposit does not constitute confirmation of the tour. Confirmation of the tour is subjected to the minimum group size (as determined by the Company), in order for the confirmation to be effected and for the departure to be finalised.

2 PAYMENT
2.1 Payments must be strictly in cash or cheque. Full payment for any product and/or service is required to be paid by the due date stipulated in the online registration form.

2.2 In the event that the Company does not receive any payment when due for whatever reason, the Company reserves the right to cancel the participant’s booking immediately, in which case the participant shall pay the relevant cancellation fees accordingly.

3 CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT
3.1 In the event of a cancellation of the tour, the participant is required to give prior notice in writing or by email to the Company. A cancellation fee is applicable and is based on the following calculation. The Company shall not be held liable for any contingent costs incurred by the participant arising from the cancellation.

4 AMENDMENT TO BOOKINGS
4.1 Any amendment requested by the participant to any existing booking will incur an administrative charge of $50 and additional charges levied by the airlines, hotels, or service providers concerned. Any amendment request will be subjected to airlines’, hotels’, and service providers’ approval and conditions.

5 TRAVEL INSURANCE
5.1 All participants are strongly recommended to purchase a travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, personal baggage loss, personal accident, injury or illness. The purchase of travel insurance is an additional cost and is to be borne by the participant. Under no circumstances is the Company responsible for expenses of uninsured participants. Under no circumstances is the Company to be construed of as being a carrier under contract for the safe carriage of any passenger and/or his/her baggage and belongings.

6 VISA
6.1 Different embassies and consulates require varying lengths of time to process visa applications. The Company renders assistance in visa application wherever possible. The Company cannot, however, guarantee the approval of such visa application. This service is subject to (auxiliary) charges.

6.2 If, for any reason, application for a visa or exit permit is rejected, the relevant cancellation fee as stated under the section “Cancellation by Participant”, and/or in the addendums to the terms and conditions, if any, will apply.

6.3 The Company will not be responsible for any expense, reimbursement or refund of the trip fare if the participant is deported or refused entry by immigration authorities on the trip for whatever reasons, including improper travel documents, quarantine, custom regulations, and possession of unlawful items or irregularities that may cause harm/damage to person or property.

7 EXTENSION OF STAY OR DEVIATION
7.1 Any extension or deviation of stay may be permitted at the end of the tour. This is subjected to the maximum validity and restrictions of air tickets, seat confirmation and availability of hotel prior to commencement of tour. It is the participant’s responsibility to hold firm confirmation for their return flight.

7.2 When extension or deviation cannot be confirmed three weeks prior to group departure date, the participant is deemed to remain with the original tour schedules.
7.3 Extension of stay or deviation will be at the participant’s own expense and transfers to or from the airport will not be provided.

8 RESPONSIBILITIES
8.1 Where the Company has not been negligent nor in breach of any duty, it assumes no responsibility for injury, damage, accident, loss, delay or irregularities that may be caused to person or property where such occur as a result of circumstances beyond its control.

8.2 The Company does not accept any liability, whether negligent or otherwise, of those service providers for and during the trip but will render assistance wherever possible. The Company will also not be responsible or liable (for damages, refunds or otherwise) for: mechanical breakdown, government actions, weather, acts of God, strikes, compulsory quarantine, or other circumstances beyond its control.

8.3 The Company reserves rights to alter routes, timetables, itineraries, and accommodation reserved if this is so necessary or in the case of force majeure and to cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason including insufficient number of passengers.

8.4 The Company will as far as possible try to notify the client 14 days prior to departure in the case of cancellation due to insufficient numbers or as early as possible if cancellation is due to other factors.

9 RIGHT TO REJECT
9.1 The Company reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any bookings made for a participant or decline to accept or retain any person as a Participant of the trip due to the following circumstances.
a. Failure of participant to obtain required documentation (e.g. Health certifications, visas, passports, etc.)
b. Failure of participant to follow reasonable instructions including but not limited to check-in and check-out places and times.
c. When it appears to the Company, the participant is likely to endanger the health or safety of the rest of the Participants.

9.2 In any of the foregoing events, the Company’s sole liability shall be to refund to the client any monies paid less the amounts for service utilized, administration and cancellation fees.

10 DATA PROTECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
10.1 The Company respects your privacy and will make the necessary security arrangements to safeguard your personal information. It is the Company’s practice not to ask for information unless the Company needs and/or intends to use it. The primary purpose for collecting your personal information is to provide and deliver our products and services to you; improving our service and to conduct research and analysis and advertising and marketing our products and services (“the purposes”).

10.2 The type of personal information that the Company collects includes but is not limited to; your name, home and email addresses, home/office and mobile numbers; date of birth; gender, passport number and details, marital status, occupation, nationality, and other information necessary to fulfil specific travel and tour related purposes (such as booking air tickets and accommodations, visa application, emergency contact purposes etc.)

10.3 When you provide the Company with personal information for the purpose of receiving any form of assistance from the Company, the Company will collect, use and/or disclose such personal information solely to facilitate providing such assistance. Personal data collected will not be given to third parties unless it is necessary to fulfil the purposes set out herein (e.g. to share your information with vendors like hotels, airlines, land operators etc.) The Company will within its means to ensure that these third parties are also under similar obligations to protect your personal information.

10.4 The Company may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. This Privacy Policy is not intended to, nor does it create, any contractual rights whatsoever or any other legal rights, nor does it create any obligations on the Company in respect of any other party or on behalf of any party.

11 MISCELLANEOUS
11.1 The Company will only conduct water baptism upon request by the Pastor or Ministry leader who is leading the tour group for their church.

11.2 The Company will not accept any registration for twin sharing if the couple is unmarried.

11.3 All claims against The Company must be made in writing within 14 days from the date of return to Singapore for the company’s investigation. No responsibility is accepted in respect of any complaint and/or claim not so made.

11.4 The Company reserves the right to change, amend, insert, or delete any of the Terms and Conditions, or polices contained in this document, as the case may be, without prior notice.

11.5 These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with Singapore law, and each of the parties submits itself to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.

The Singapore Government announced on 3 April 2020 that aside from essential services, most businesses will be required to close from Tuesday, 7 April until Monday, 4 May as a result of the escalation in cases of COVID-19 in Singapore.

International Bible Experiences will be closed during this period. For customers whose trips are cancelled because of COVID-19 situation and awaiting tour refunds, do note that there may be a delay of 6-8 weeks to process due to the closure period.

These are unprecedented times for all of us, but we are in this together. Please follow the government’s guidelines and stay at home and go out only for essentials during this period.

In view of the latest COVID-19 travel advisory by the Ministry of Health Singapore on 18 March 2020 on deferring all  travel abroad with immediate effect amid a heightened risk of importing COVID-19 cases into Singapore, all tours operated by the company based on group departures from 3 Mar to 31 May 2020 have been suspended. We will be contacting all affected customers. The expansion of the travel advisory by Ministry of Health is to reduce the risk of Singaporeans being infected with the virus when abroad and spreading it to other Singaporeans when they return.

For tours departing from 1 June 2020, we are monitoring the situation closely. Affected participants will be contacted and advised of your options. Our team is doing all that is necessary to keep our participants safe. We thank you for your patience and understanding and look forward to things back to normal in the coming months. 拿撒勒
今天早上,我们会探望圣经公会 Arab Israeli Bible Society (TBC) ,然后参观纪念耶稣所行的 第一个神迹——变水为酒的迦拿婚宴堂 Cana, the Wedding Church。接下来参观拿撒勒村 Nazareth Village*。这 是一座根据遗址还原的露天博物 馆, 重现了耶稣时代的村庄生活。之后到天使报喜堂 Church of Annunciation。它是拿撒勒最有名的建筑,是基督教最重要的礼拜堂之一。天使告诉圣母玛利亚被圣灵感孕,怀上上帝的儿子耶稣。信徒们为纪念天使向圣母报告其怀孕的消息,很早就在报喜岩洞上修建了教堂。现有的教堂是1966年建造的,是在原址上建筑的第五座教堂。早/午/晚餐

早上到八福山 Mount Beatitudes 上享受一段静谧时光,并重温登山宝训 (太5章)。接着参观圣经中纪念耶稣重新坚立彼得的聖彼得受召堂St Peter’s Primacy Church (约21:15-19)和古老的渔村迦百农 Capernaum, 耶稣曾在此地行了许多神迹。之后,乘船游览加利利海 Sea of Galilee (Boat Ride)和去橄榄油厂Olive Oil Factory (Olea Essence) 参观。早/午/晚餐

i. Customers are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions. For the purpose of clarity, “International Bible Experiences Pte Ltd” shall be referred to as “the Company” hereinafter.

ii. When the customer (You) purchase any tours or goods online from the Company, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

iii. The Company may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take immediate effect when posted on the website, and it is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website.

1 BOOKING & DEPOSIT
1.1 Bookings will be accepted upon the payment of deposit as stated in the itinerary. The deposit made forms part of the final payment. However, please note that the deposit does not constitute confirmation of the tour. Confirmation of the tour is subjected to the minimum group size (as determined by the Company), in order for the confirmation to be effected and for the departure to be finalised.

2 PAYMENT
2.1 Payments must be strictly in cash or cheque. Full payment for any product and/or service is required to be paid by the due date stipulated in the online registration form.

2.2 In the event that the Company does not receive any payment when due for whatever reason, the Company reserves the right to cancel the participant’s booking immediately, in which case the participant shall pay the relevant cancellation fees accordingly.

3 CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT
3.1 In the event of a cancellation of the tour, the participant is required to give prior notice in writing or by email to the Company. A cancellation fee is applicable and is based on the following calculation. The Company shall not be held liable for any contingent costs incurred by the participant arising from the cancellation.

4 AMENDMENT TO BOOKINGS
4.1 Any amendment requested by the participant to any existing booking will incur an administrative charge of $50 and additional charges levied by the airlines, hotels, or service providers concerned. Any amendment request will be subjected to airlines’, hotels’, and service providers’ approval and conditions.

5 TRAVEL INSURANCE
5.1 All participants are strongly recommended to purchase a travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, personal baggage loss, personal accident, injury or illness. The purchase of travel insurance is an additional cost and is to be borne by the participant. Under no circumstances is the Company responsible for expenses of uninsured participants. Under no circumstances is the Company to be construed of as being a carrier under contract for the safe carriage of any passenger and/or his/her baggage and belongings.

6 VISA
6.1 Different embassies and consulates require varying lengths of time to process visa applications. The Company renders assistance in visa application wherever possible. The Company cannot, however, guarantee the approval of such visa application. This service is subject to (auxiliary) charges.

6.2 If, for any reason, application for a visa or exit permit is rejected, the relevant cancellation fee as stated under the section “Cancellation by Participant”, and/or in the addendums to the terms and conditions, if any, will apply.

6.3 The Company will not be responsible for any expense, reimbursement or refund of the trip fare if the participant is deported or refused entry by immigration authorities on the trip for whatever reasons, including improper travel documents, quarantine, custom regulations, and possession of unlawful items or irregularities that may cause harm/damage to person or property.

7 EXTENSION OF STAY OR DEVIATION
7.1 Any extension or deviation of stay may be permitted at the end of the tour. This is subjected to the maximum validity and restrictions of air tickets, seat confirmation and availability of hotel prior to commencement of tour. It is the participant’s responsibility to hold firm confirmation for their return flight.

7.2 When extension or deviation cannot be confirmed three weeks prior to group departure date, the participant is deemed to remain with the original tour schedules.

7.3 Extension of stay or deviation will be at the participant’s own expense and transfers to or from the airport will not be provided.

8 RESPONSIBILITIES
8.1 Where the Company has not been negligent nor in breach of any duty, it assumes no responsibility for injury, damage, accident, loss, delay or irregularities that may be caused to person or property where such occur as a result of circumstances beyond its control.

8.2 The Company does not accept any liability, whether negligent or otherwise, of those service providers for and during the trip but will render assistance wherever possible. The Company will also not be responsible or liable (for damages, refunds or otherwise) for: mechanical breakdown, government actions, weather, acts of God, strikes, compulsory quarantine, or other circumstances beyond its control.

8.3 The Company reserves rights to alter routes, timetables, itineraries, and accommodation reserved if this is so necessary or in the case of force majeure and to cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason including insufficient number of passengers.

8.4 The Company will as far as possible try to notify the client 14 days prior to departure in the case of cancellation due to insufficient numbers or as early as possible if cancellation is due to other factors.

9 RIGHT TO REJECT
9.1 The Company reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any bookings made for a participant or decline to accept or retain any person as a Participant of the trip due to the following circumstances.
a. Failure of participant to obtain required documentation (e.g. Health certifications, visas, passports, etc.)
b. Failure of participant to follow reasonable instructions including but not limited to check-in and check-out places and times.
c. When it appears to the Company, the participant is likely to endanger the health or safety of the rest of the Participants.

9.2 In any of the foregoing events, the Company’s sole liability shall be to refund to the client any monies paid less the amounts for service utilized, administration and cancellation fees.

10 DATA PROTECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
10.1 The Company respects your privacy and will make the necessary security arrangements to safeguard your personal information. It is the Company’s practice not to ask for information unless the Company needs and/or intends to use it. The primary purpose for collecting your personal information is to provide and deliver our products and services to you; improving our service and to conduct research and analysis and advertising and marketing our products and services (“the purposes”).

10.2 The type of personal information that the Company collects includes but is not limited to; your name, home and email addresses, home/office and mobile numbers; date of birth; gender, passport number and details, marital status, occupation, nationality, and other information necessary to fulfil specific travel and tour related purposes (such as booking air tickets and accommodations, visa application, emergency contact purposes etc.)

10.3 When you provide the Company with personal information for the purpose of receiving any form of assistance from the Company, the Company will collect, use and/or disclose such personal information solely to facilitate providing such assistance. Personal data collected will not be given to third parties unless it is necessary to fulfil the purposes set out herein (e.g. to share your information with vendors like hotels, airlines, land operators etc.) The Company will within its means to ensure that these third parties are also under similar obligations to protect your personal information.

10.4 The Company may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. This Privacy Policy is not intended to, nor does it create, any contractual rights whatsoever or any other legal rights, nor does it create any obligations on the Company in respect of any other party or on behalf of any party.

11 MISCELLANEOUS
11.1 The Company will only conduct water baptism upon request by the Pastor or Ministry leader who is leading the tour group for their church.

11.2 The Company will not accept any registration for twin sharing if the couple is unmarried.

11.3 All claims against The Company must be made in writing within 14 days from the date of return to Singapore for the company’s investigation. No responsibility is accepted in respect of any complaint and/or claim not so made.

11.4 The Company reserves the right to change, amend, insert, or delete any of the Terms and Conditions, or polices contained in this document, as the case may be, without prior notice.

11.5 These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with Singapore law, and each of the parties submits itself to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.

B. Bookings and Payments
1. How do I book a tour package?
Visit our website www.ibex.sg to select your choice of tour and register online. After registration, mail the cheque deposit to IBEx’s office (Refer to A2). Please ensure your passport has at least 7 months’ validity from the date of departure.

2. Amendments to booking
If you want to make changes after the online registration closes, there is an IBEx amendment fee of $50 and, in addition, the airline and land operators’ amendment charges will apply where applicable. For cancellation of tour, refer to D.

3. Modes of Payment
We accept the following
i. Cash: Please pay in person at IBEx’s office (Refer to A2.)
ii. Cheque: Crossed and made payable to ‘IBEX’ as indicated in the booking form. Please indicate participant’s name, contact no, tour destination and tour dates on the back of the cheque.
iii. ATM, Bank transfer or PayNow: Please contact us for the bank details or UEN Number.

C. Accommodation
1. What is the hotel standard for the tours?
Generally, we will provide 3-5 star hotel accommodation. This will be indicated in the tour itinerary.

2. What type of room options is available?
The tour cost displayed is based on twin sharing. For single room, there will be a supplementary cost. For triple sharing room, the tour cost for each participant remains the same for twin sharing. There is no reduced cost for triple sharing.

D. Cancellation and Refund
1. What happens when I cancel the tour?
You are required to inform IBEx on your cancellation via email or writing. A cancellation fee will be imposed on the participant. Refer to the table below for the cancellation charges.

Upon the closing of registration, if a tour fails to materialize, the deposit will be returned to participants.

E. Visa
1. Do I need a visa?
Refer to the table below to check if you require a visa to your tour destination. We will assist in visa application wherever possible; however, there will be extra charges. For overseas participants joining our tours, you are required to apply for your own visas at the nearest embassy to you. If your country is not listed in the table, please check with the embassy if you are required to apply for a visa.

F. Others
1. Can I extend the tour?
Participants who are interested to extend the tour are required to purchase their own air tickets (same departure flight to tour destination). They are only permitted to extend after the end of the tour.

Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase their own travel insurance so as to cover any unforeseen circumstances for their tour.

1. The registration link will be given to you.

2. To register for Bible Land Tours, please click on the respective category. Choose the tour or trip that you are registering and press Continue.

3. Complete the registration form and upload a copy of the Passport ID page for each participant.

4. Cheque deposit is required upon registration and balance payment will be collected once the tour is confirmed.

5. For participants who are below 21 years, they are required to fill an indemnity form. This is available for download at the CONSENT page.

Our 12D9N Holy Land Israel Tour will bring the Bible stories you have always known to life. Explore the ancient sites and the vibrant modern culture of Israel with memorable visits to Bethlehem, the Sea of Galilee, Jerusalem and more.

You will travel to Bethlehem, the birthplace of Jesus and see Church of Nativity and Shepherd's Field. TEL AVIV/ BETHLEHEM
Arrive in Tel Aviv this morning to begin your tour. First visit picturesque Jaffa and see the House of Simon Tanner (Acts 9-10) and the beautiful Mediterranean coast before travelling to Bethlehem, the birthplace of Jesus and hometown of David. See Church of Nativity, one of the oldest surviving Christian churches in the world and visit the Shepherd’s Field associated with the scene where the Angel of the Lord visited the shepherds with the news of Jesus’ birth. IN DEAD SEA

Drive down south towards the Dead Sea Region. See the Jordan River, the traditional baptismal site of Jesus. Next, explore Qumran* where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found. Visit En Gedi Nature Reserve* to see the beautiful oasis in the desert where David fled from Saul’s pursuit (1 Sam 23-24). You will also get to try floating at the Dead Sea (hotel beach). (B/L/D)

NAZARETH

This morning, drive to Beit She’an National Park* to see the archaeological sites of the ancient Roman city which was one of the Decapolis cities in the early century. After lunch, we visit Nazareth Village* which reconstructs and re-enacts the village life during Jesus time. Visit Church of Annunciation, a church believed to have been built over the place where Angel Gabriel announced the virgin birth to Mary (Luke 1:26-38). Check-in to hotel. (B/L/D)

TIBERIAS

See the sunrise from Mount Precipice and enjoy the bird’s eye view of Nazareth city. Next visit Cana, the Wedding Church where Jesus performed his first miracle- turning water into wine. Drive on toward Tiberias and visit Magdala- a recently excavated early century village and then visit St Peter’s Primacy Church, which commemorates the Bible story on the reinstatement of Peter. Day 6 – Thu, 31 Dec
TIBERIAS
Today you will explore the town of Tiberias. Spend quiet moments up at Mount of Beatitudes (Mt 5:1-12) where Jesus delivered the Sermon on the Mount and see the beautiful view of the Sea of Galilee from the hill top. Visit Capernaum, being one of the three key cities of Jesus ministry. Here, you will see the Synagogue where Jesus taught and the other remains of this town that became his adopted home. Take a boat ride to experience the Sea of Galilee which is the same lake that Jesus walked on. Visit Kursi (Mark 5:1-20) and explore this ancient village that is located on the opposite site of the town. End the day at the Olive Oil Factory to taste and shop for local Israeli products. JERUSALEM

Visit Tel-Meggido*, a fortress city mentioned in the Old Testament to see the excavation of the city ruins, including the water-system and Ahab’s tunnel (1 Kings 22:39). In the afternoon, visit the ancient port – Caesarea Maritima* which was once an ancient Roman city and port built by King Herod to see the magnificent hippodrome and theatre by the Mediterranean Sea Coast. JERUSALEM
This morning, we will drive up to Mount of Olives to see the panoramic view of the Old City. Walk along Palm Sunday Path* to Dominus Felvit Church – the teardrop church that commemorates the weeping of the Lord when he observed Jerusalem. See the Garden of Gethsemane with the ancient olive trees believed to date back to the time of Christ. We will also visit the Upper Room, best known as the traditional site of the Last Supper and St Peter in Gallicantu Church built to commemorate the story of Peter’s denial of Christ. (B/L/D)

Day 9 – Sun, 3 Jan
JERUSALEM
This morning visit Yad Vashem- the Holocaust museum. Learn of the tragic genocide of the Jews. Next, visit the Western Wall, one of the holiest place of Judaism today. Explore City of David* and take an adventurous walk through Hezekiah’s Tunnel (wet/dry) to the Pool of Siloam where Jesus cured a blind man with a mud mixture. Lastly, visit the Southern steps and explore the remains of the area that lead the south entrance of the Second Temple. (B/L/D)

Day 10 – Mon, 4 Jan
JERUSALEM
See the Dome of the Rock located on Temple Mount, one of Jerusalem’s most recognisable landmarks. Visit Church of St Anne which has amazing acoustics as the structure of the church as designed for Gregorian chants and the Pool of Bethesda where the healing of the lame man took place (John 5). Take a walk to Ecce Homo arch, where Jesus was believed to be trailed by Pontius Pilate. Walk through Via Dolorosa* - the 14 stations and end at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Next, visit the Garden Tomb, another site believed to be the burial site of Christ. Spend a moment of reflection and the Spiritual Director will also conduct a holy communion service here. (B/L/D)

Day 11 – Tue, 5 Jan
JERUSALEM

Visit the Israel Museum where you will see the Jerusalem Model, a miniature model of the Old Jerusalem city and envision how the city was like in the ancient days. Then, visit Shrine of the Book and see the replica of the Dead Sea Scrolls. Spend some time shopping at the Mahane Yehuda Market where you can purchase souvenirs and fresh produce like nuts and dried fruits. Experience the last supper meal at Yad Hashmona (TBC)- a messianic Jew community area. Thereafter, depart to the airport for your flight home (transit in Bangkok). (B/D) Note: Lunch on your own

7.1 Any extension or deviation of stay may be permitted at the end of the tour. This is subjected to the maximum validity and restrictions of air tickets, seat confirmation and availability of hotel prior to commencement of tour. It is the participant’s responsibility to hold firm confirmation for their return flight.

7.2 When extension or deviation cannot be confirmed three weeks prior to group departure date, the participant is deemed to remain with the original tour schedules.

7.3 Extension of stay or deviation will be at the participant’s own expense and transfers to or from the airport will not be provided.

8 RESPONSIBILITIES
8.1 Where the Company has not been negligent nor in breach of any duty, it assumes no responsibility for injury, damage, accident, loss, delay or irregularities that may be caused to person or property where such occur as a result of circumstances beyond its control.

8.2 The Company does not accept any liability, whether negligent or otherwise, of those service providers for and during the trip but will render assistance wherever possible. The Company will also not be responsible or liable (for damages, refunds or otherwise) for: mechanical breakdown, government actions, weather, acts of God, strikes, compulsory quarantine, or other circumstances beyond its control.

8.3 The Company reserves rights to alter routes, timetables, itineraries, and accommodation reserved if this is so necessary or in the case of force majeure and to cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason including insufficient number of passengers.

8.4 The Company will as far as possible try to notify the client 14 days prior to departure in the case of cancellation due to insufficient numbers or as early as possible if cancellation is due to other factors.

9 RIGHT TO REJECT
9.1 The Company reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any bookings made for a participant or decline to accept or retain any person as a Participant of the trip due to the following circumstances.
a. Failure of participant to obtain required documentation (e.g. Health certifications, visas, passports, etc.)
b. Failure of participant to follow reasonable instructions including but not limited to check-in and check-out places and times.
c. When it appears to the Company, the participant is likely to endanger the health or safety of the rest of the Participants.

9.2 In any of the foregoing events, the Company’s sole liability shall be to refund to the client any monies paid less the amounts for service utilized, administration and cancellation fees.

10 DATA PROTECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
10.1 The Company respects your privacy and will make the necessary security arrangements to safeguard your personal information. It is the Company’s practice not to ask for information unless the Company needs and/or intends to use it. The primary purpose for collecting your personal information is to provide and deliver our products and services to you; improving our service and to conduct research and analysis and advertising and marketing our products and services (“the purposes”).

10.2 The type of personal information that the Company collects includes but is not limited to; your name, home and email addresses, home/office and mobile numbers; date of birth; gender, passport number and details, marital status, occupation, nationality, and other information necessary to fulfil specific travel and tour related purposes (such as booking air tickets and accommodations, visa application, emergency contact purposes etc.)

10.3 When you provide the Company with personal information for the purpose of receiving any form of assistance from the Company, the Company will collect, use and/or disclose such personal information solely to facilitate providing such assistance. Personal data collected will not be given to third parties unless it is necessary to fulfil the purposes set out herein (e.g. to share your information with vendors like hotels, airlines, land operators etc.) The Company will within its means to ensure that these third parties are also under similar obligations to protect your personal information.

10.4 The Company may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. This Privacy Policy is not intended to, nor does it create, any contractual rights whatsoever or any other legal rights, nor does it create any obligations on the Company in respect of any other party or on behalf of any party.

11 MISCELLANEOUS
11.1 The Company will only conduct water baptism upon request by the Pastor or Ministry leader who is leading the tour group for their church.

11.2 The Company will not accept any registration for twin sharing if the couple is unmarried.

11.3 All claims against The Company must be made in writing within 14 days from the date of return to Singapore for the company’s investigation. No responsibility is accepted in respect of any complaint and/or claim not so made.

11.4 The Company reserves the right to change, amend, insert, or delete any of the Terms and Conditions, or polices contained in this document, as the case may be, without prior notice.

11.5 These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with Singapore law, and each of the parties submits itself to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.

1. How do I book a tour package?
Visit our website www.ibex.sg to select your choice of tour and register online. After registration, mail the cheque deposit to IBEx’s office (Refer to A2). Please ensure your passport has at least 7 months’ validity from the date of departure.

2. Amendments to booking
If you want to make changes after the online registration closes, there is an IBEx amendment fee of $50 and, in addition, the airline and land operators’ amendment charges will apply where applicable. For cancellation of tour, refer to D.

3. Modes of Payment
We accept the following
i. Cash: Please pay in person at IBEx’s office (Refer to A2.)
ii. Cheque: Crossed and made payable to ‘IBEX’ as indicated in the booking form. Please indicate participant’s name, contact no, tour destination and tour dates on the back of the cheque.

C. Accommodation
1. What is the hotel standard for the tours?
Generally, we will provide 3-5 star hotel accommodation. This will be indicated in the tour itinerary.

2. What type of room options is available?
The tour cost displayed is based on twin sharing. For single room, there will be a supplementary cost. For triple sharing room, the tour cost for each participant remains the same for twin sharing. There is no reduced cost for triple sharing.

D. Cancellation and Refund
1. What happens when I cancel the tour?
You are required to inform IBEx on your cancellation via email or writing. A cancellation fee will be imposed on the participant. Refer to the table below for the cancellation charges.

Rev. Dr Peter Poon is currently serving part-time at The Bible Society of Singapore in the Sower Institute for Biblical Discipleship (SIBD) and International Bible Experiences (IBEx). He has been involved in Walk thru the Bible Ministry since 1988. Rev. Poon has also served in four Presbyterian Churches since 1981, but is currently retired from full-time pastoral ministry. He is passionate about teaching and training as well as coaching and mentoring emerging leaders. He has led tours to the Holy Land of Israel from way back in 1989.

1 BOOKING & DEPOSIT
1.1 Bookings will be accepted upon the payment of deposit as stated in the itinerary. The deposit made forms part of the final payment. However, please note that the deposit does not constitute confirmation of the tour. Confirmation of the tour is subjected to the minimum group size (as determined by the Company), in order for the confirmation to be effected and for the departure to be finalised.

2 PAYMENT
2.1 Payments must be strictly in cash or cheque. Full payment for any product and/or service is required to be paid by the due date stipulated in the online registration form.

2.2 In the event that the Company does not receive any payment when due for whatever reason, the Company reserves the right to cancel the participant’s booking immediately, in which case the participant shall pay the relevant cancellation fees accordingly.

3 CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT
3.1 In the event of a cancellation of the tour, the participant is required to give prior notice in writing or by email to the Company. A cancellation fee is applicable and is based on the following calculation. The Company shall not be held liable for any contingent costs incurred by the participant arising from the cancellation.

4 AMENDMENT TO BOOKINGS
4.1 Any amendment requested by the participant to any existing booking will incur an administrative charge of $50 and additional charges levied by the airlines, hotels, or service providers concerned. Any amendment request will be subjected to airlines’, hotels’, and service providers’ approval and conditions.

5 TRAVEL INSURANCE
5.1 All participants are strongly recommended to purchase a travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, personal baggage loss, personal accident, injury or illness. The purchase of travel insurance is an additional cost and is to be borne by the participant. Under no circumstances is the Company responsible for expenses of uninsured participants. Under no circumstances is the Company to be construed of as being a carrier under contract for the safe carriage of any passenger and/or his/her baggage and belongings.

6 VISA
6.1 Different embassies and consulates require varying lengths of time to process visa applications. The Company renders assistance in visa application wherever possible. The Company cannot, however, guarantee the approval of such visa application. This service is subject to (auxiliary) charges.

6.2 If, for any reason, application for a visa or exit permit is rejected, the relevant cancellation fee as stated under the section “Cancellation by Participant”, and/or in the addendums to the terms and conditions, if any, will apply.

6.3 The Company will not be responsible for any expense, reimbursement or refund of the trip fare if the participant is deported or refused entry by immigration authorities on the trip for whatever reasons, including improper travel documents, quarantine, custom regulations, and possession of unlawful items or irregularities that may cause harm/damage to person or property.

A Glimpse of the Reformation and Passion Play

At this talk, Ps Daniel Happel will cover the fundamentals and the beginnings of the Reformation beginning from the time of Martin Luther to help us appreciate the Protestant faith from a German Protestant pastor's perspective. He is also one of the spiritual directors at one of our tours to Oberammergau in 2020.

In conjunction with the famous Passion Play happening in the Oberammergau village in 2020, Ps Happel will also share on the history and background of this play that happens only once every 10 years.

A native German, he studied Protestant Theology at the Universities of Marburg and Goettingen, went to the Theological Seminary in Herborn, Germany and served congregations of the United Church of Christ in New York State and the Protestant Church of Hesse and Nassau in Germany before moving to Singapore in 2016.

NAZARETH
Visit the Arab-Israeli Bible Society (TBC) this morning to learn about their works. Next visit Tel-Meggido*, a fortress city mentioned in the Old Testament to see the excavation of the city ruins, including the water-system and Ahab’s tunnel. After lunch, we visit Nazareth Village* which reconstructs and re-enacts the village life during Jesus time. Visit Church of Annunciation, a church believed to have been built over the place where Angel Gabriel announced the virgin birth to Mary (Luke 1:26-38). (B/L/D)

Day 4 – Thu, 3 Dec
TIBERIAS
Take a boat ride to experience the Sea of Galilee which is the same lake that Jesus walked on. Visit Capernaum, being one of the three key cities of Jesus ministry. Here, you will see the Synagogue where Jesus taught and the other remains of this town that became his adopted home. Then spend quiet moments up at Mount of Beatitudes where Jesus delivered the Sermon on the Mount. Proceed next to St Peter’s Primacy Church which commemorates the reinstatement of Peter by Jesus and see the beautiful shoreline of the Sea of Galilee. End the day at the Olive Oil Factory to taste and shop for local Israeli products. (B/L/D)

This morning, cross over to Jordan via the Sheikh Hussein Bridge. Visit Madaba and see a 6th century mosaic map of the Holy Land. Next, visit Mount Nebo, where you can see the Promised land from the lookout point. Journey on and arrive at Petra in the late evening. Check into the hotel. (B/L/D)

Explore Petra*, the magnificent rose city, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the New 7 Wonders of the World. See the famous treasury building, learn about the Nabateans and explore its many caves and tombs. After lunch, travel to Wadi Rum*, the most magnificent of Jordan’s desert landscapes. Visit En Gedi Nature Reserve* to see the beautiful oasis. . See the Jordan River (Qasr Al Yahud), the traditional baptismal site of Jesus. Next, explore Qumran* where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found. Travel to Bethlehem, the birthplace of Jesus and hometown of David. Visit the Shepherd’s Field associated with the scene where the Angel of the Lord visited the shepherds with the news of Jesus’ birth. See Church of Nativity, one of the oldest surviving

JERUSALEM
This morning, we will drive up to Mount of Olives to see the panoramic view of the Old City. Walk along Palm Sunday Path* to Dominus Felvit Church – the teardrop church that commemorates the weeping of the Lord when he observed Jerusalem. See the Garden of Gethsemane with the ancient olive trees believed to date back to the time of Christ. Spend some time shopping at the Mahane Yehuda Market where you can purchase souvenirs and fresh produce like nuts and dried fruits. Next, visit the Hebrew Music Museum to understand the culture and worship of the Hebrews. Proceed next to the Jerusalem Model, a miniature model of the Old Jerusalem city and envision how the city was like in the ancient days. Then, visit Shrine of the Book and see the replica of the Dead Sea Scrolls. (B/D) Note: Lunch on your own.

Day 10 – Wed, 9 Dec
JERUSALEM
See the Dome of the Rock located on Temple Mount, one of Jerusalem’s most recognisable landmarks. Visit the Pool of Bethesda where the healing of the lame man took place (John 5) and visit Church of St Anne which has amazing acoustics as the structure of the church as designed for Gregorian chants. Take a walk to Ecce Homo arch, where Jesus was believed to be trailed by Pontius Pilate. Walk through Via Dolorosa* - the 14 stations and end at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Visit the Western Wall, one of the holiest place of Judaism today. Explore City of David* and take an adventurous walk through Hezekiah’s Tunnel (wet/dry) to the Pool of Siloam where Jesus cured a blind man with a mud mixture. ii. When the customer (You) purchase any tours or goods online from the Company, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

iii. The Company may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take immediate effect when posted on the website, and it is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website.

1 BOOKING & DEPOSIT
1.1 Bookings will be accepted upon the payment of deposit as stated in the itinerary. The deposit made forms part of the final payment. However, please note that the deposit does not constitute confirmation of the tour. Confirmation of the tour is subjected to the minimum group size (as determined by the Company), in order for the confirmation to be effected and for the departure to be finalised.

2 PAYMENT
2.1 Payments must be strictly in cash or cheque. Full payment for any product and/or service is required to be paid by the due date stipulated in the online registration form.

2.2 In the event that the Company does not receive any payment when due for whatever reason, the Company reserves the right to cancel the participant’s booking immediately, in which case the participant shall pay the relevant cancellation fees accordingly.

3 CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT
3.1 In the event of a cancellation of the tour, the participant is required to give prior notice in writing or by email to the Company. A cancellation fee is applicable and is based on the following calculation. The Company shall not be held liable for any contingent costs incurred by the participant arising from the cancellation.

4 AMENDMENT TO BOOKINGS
4.1 Any amendment requested by the participant to any existing booking will incur an administrative charge of $50 and additional charges levied by the airlines, hotels, or service providers concerned. Any amendment request will be subjected to airlines’, hotels’, and service providers’ approval and conditions.

5 TRAVEL INSURANCE
5.1 All participants are strongly recommended to purchase a travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, personal baggage loss, personal accident, injury or illness. The purchase of travel insurance is an additional cost and is to be borne by the participant. Under no circumstances is the Company responsible for expenses of uninsured participants. Under no circumstances is the Company to be construed of as being a carrier under contract for the safe carriage of any passenger and/or his/her baggage and belongings.

6 VISA
6.1 Different embassies and consulates require varying lengths of time to process visa applications. The Company renders assistance in visa application wherever possible. The Company cannot, however, guarantee the approval of such visa application. This service is subject to (auxiliary) charges.

6.2 If, for any reason, application for a visa or exit permit is rejected, the relevant cancellation fee as stated under the section “Cancellation by Participant”, and/or in the addendums to the terms and conditions, if any, will apply.

6.3 The Company will not be responsible for any expense, reimbursement or refund of the trip fare if the participant is deported or refused entry by immigration authorities on the trip for whatever reasons, including improper travel documents, quarantine, custom regulations, and possession of unlawful items or irregularities that may cause harm/damage to person or property.

7 EXTENSION OF STAY OR DEVIATION
7.1 Any extension or deviation of stay may be permitted at the end of the tour. This is subjected to the maximum validity and restrictions of air tickets, seat confirmation and availability of hotel prior to commencement of tour. It is the participant’s responsibility to hold firm confirmation for their return flight.

7.2 When extension or deviation cannot be confirmed three weeks prior to group departure date, the participant is deemed to remain with the original tour schedules.

7.3 Extension of stay or deviation will be at the participant’s own expense and transfers to or from the airport will not be provided.

8 RESPONSIBILITIES
8.1 Where the Company has not been negligent nor in breach of any duty, it assumes no responsibility for injury, damage, accident, loss, delay or irregularities that may be caused to person or property where such occur as a result of circumstances beyond its control.

8.2 The Company does not accept any liability, whether negligent or otherwise, of those service providers for and during the trip but will render assistance wherever possible. The Company will also not be responsible or liable (for damages, refunds or otherwise) for: mechanical breakdown, government actions, weather, acts of God, strikes, compulsory quarantine, or other circumstances beyond its control.

8.3 The Company reserves rights to alter routes, timetables, itineraries, and accommodation reserved if this is so necessary or in the case of force majeure and to cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason including insufficient number of passengers.

8.4 The Company will as far as possible try to notify the client 14 days prior to departure in the case of cancellation due to insufficient numbers or as early as possible if cancellation is due to other factors.

9 RIGHT TO REJECT
9.1 The Company reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any bookings made for a participant or decline to accept or retain any person as a Participant of the trip due to the following circumstances.
a. Failure of participant to obtain required documentation (e.g. Health certifications, visas, passports, etc.)
b. Failure of participant to follow reasonable instructions including but not limited to check-in and check-out places and times.
c. When it appears to the Company, the participant is likely to endanger the health or safety of the rest of the Participants.

9.2 In any of the foregoing events, the Company’s sole liability shall be to refund to the client any monies paid less the amounts for service utilized, administration and cancellation fees.

10 DATA PROTECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
10.1 The Company respects your privacy and will make the necessary security arrangements to safeguard your personal information. It is the Company’s practice not to ask for information unless the Company needs and/or intends to use it. The primary purpose for collecting your personal information is to provide and deliver our products and services to you; improving our service and to conduct research and analysis and advertising and marketing our products and services (“the purposes”).

10.2 The type of personal information that the Company collects includes but is not limited to; your name, home and email addresses, home/office and mobile numbers; date of birth; gender, passport number and details, marital status, occupation, nationality, and other information necessary to fulfil specific travel and tour related purposes (such as booking air tickets and accommodations, visa application, emergency contact purposes etc.)

10.3 When you provide the Company with personal information for the purpose of receiving any form of assistance from the Company, the Company will collect, use and/or disclose such personal information solely to facilitate providing such assistance. Personal data collected will not be given to third parties unless it is necessary to fulfil the purposes set out herein (e.g. to share your information with vendors like hotels, airlines, land operators etc.) The Company will within its means to ensure that these third parties are also under similar obligations to protect your personal information.

10.4 The Company may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. This Privacy Policy is not intended to, nor does it create, any contractual rights whatsoever or any other legal rights, nor does it create any obligations on the Company in respect of any other party or on behalf of any party.

11 MISCELLANEOUS
11.1 The Company will only conduct water baptism upon request by the Pastor or Ministry leader who is leading the tour group for their church.

11.2 The Company will not accept any registration for twin sharing if the couple is unmarried.

11.3 All claims against The Company must be made in writing within 14 days from the date of return to Singapore for the company’s investigation. No responsibility is accepted in respect of any complaint and/or claim not so made.

11.4 The Company reserves the right to change, amend, insert, or delete any of the Terms and Conditions, or polices contained in this document, as the case may be, without prior notice.

11.5 These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with Singapore law, and each of the parties submits itself to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.

B. Bookings and Payments
1. How do I book a tour package?
Visit our website www.ibex.sg to select your choice of tour and register online. After registration, mail the cheque deposit to IBEx’s office (Refer to A2). Please ensure your passport has at least 7 months’ validity from the date of departure.

2. Amendments to booking
If you want to make changes after the online registration closes, there is an IBEx amendment fee of $50 and, in addition, the airline and land operators’ amendment charges will apply where applicable. For cancellation of tour, refer to D.

3. Modes of Payment
We accept the following
i. Cash: Please pay in person at IBEx’s office (Refer to A2.)
ii. Cheque: Crossed and made payable to ‘IBEX’ as indicated in the booking form. Please indicate participant’s name, contact no, tour destination and tour dates on the back of the cheque.
iii. ATM, Bank transfer or PayNow: Please contact us for the bank details or UEN Number.

C. Accommodation
1. What is the hotel standard for the tours?
Generally, we will provide 3-5 star hotel accommodation. This will be indicated in the tour itinerary.

2. What type of room options is available?
The tour cost displayed is based on twin sharing. For single room, there will be a supplementary cost. For triple sharing room, the tour cost for each participant remains the same for twin sharing. There is no reduced cost for triple sharing.

D. Cancellation and Refund
1. What happens when I cancel the tour?
You are required to inform IBEx on your cancellation via email or writing. A cancellation fee will be imposed on the participant. Refer to the table below for the cancellation charges.

E. Visa
1. Do I need a visa?
Refer to the table below to check if you require a visa to your tour destination. We will assist in visa application wherever possible; however, there will be extra charges. For overseas participants joining our tours, you are required to apply for your own visas at the nearest embassy to you. If your country is not listed in the table, please check with the embassy if you are required to apply for a visa.

1. Can I extend the tour?
Participants who are interested to extend the tour are required to purchase their own air tickets (same departure flight to tour destination). They are only permitted to extend after the end of the tour.

i. Customers are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions. For the purpose of clarity, “International Bible Experiences Pte Ltd” shall be referred to as “the Company” hereinafter.

ii. When the customer (You) purchase any tours or goods online from the Company, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

iii. The Company may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take immediate effect when posted on the website, and it is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website.

1 BOOKING & DEPOSIT
1.1 Bookings will be accepted upon the payment of deposit as stated in the itinerary. The deposit made forms part of the final payment. However, please note that the deposit does not constitute confirmation of the tour. Confirmation of the tour is subjected to the minimum group size (as determined by the Company), in order for the confirmation to be effected and for the departure to be finalised.

2 PAYMENT
2.1 Payments must be strictly in cash or cheque. Full payment for any product and/or service is required to be paid by the due date stipulated in the online registration form.

2.2 In the event that the Company does not receive any payment when due for whatever reason, the Company reserves the right to cancel the participant’s booking immediately, in which case the participant shall pay the relevant cancellation fees accordingly.

3 CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT
3.1 In the event of a cancellation of the tour, the participant is required to give prior notice in writing or by email to the Company. A cancellation fee is applicable and is based on the following calculation. The Company shall not be held liable for any contingent costs incurred by the participant arising from the cancellation.

4 AMENDMENT TO BOOKINGS
4.1 Any amendment requested by the participant to any existing booking will incur an administrative charge of $50 and additional charges levied by the airlines, hotels, or service providers concerned. Any amendment request will be subjected to airlines’, hotels’, and service providers’ approval and conditions.

5 TRAVEL INSURANCE
5.1 All participants are strongly recommended to purchase a travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, personal baggage loss, personal accident, injury or illness. The purchase of travel insurance is an additional cost and is to be borne by the participant. Under no circumstances is the Company responsible for expenses of uninsured participants. Under no circumstances is the Company to be construed of as being a carrier under contract for the safe carriage of any passenger and/or his/her baggage and belongings.

6 VISA
6.1 Different embassies and consulates require varying lengths of time to process visa applications. The Company renders assistance in visa application wherever possible. The Company cannot, however, guarantee the approval of such visa application. This service is subject to (auxiliary) charges.

6.2 If, for any reason, application for a visa or exit permit is rejected, the relevant cancellation fee as stated under the section “Cancellation by Participant”, and/or in the addendums to the terms and conditions, if any, will apply.

6.3 The Company will not be responsible for any expense, reimbursement or refund of the trip fare if the participant is deported or refused entry by immigration authorities on the trip for whatever reasons, including improper travel documents, quarantine, custom regulations, and possession of unlawful items or irregularities that may cause harm/damage to person or property.

7 EXTENSION OF STAY OR DEVIATION
7.1 Any extension or deviation of stay may be permitted at the end of the tour. This is subjected to the maximum validity and restrictions of air tickets, seat confirmation and availability of hotel prior to commencement of tour. It is the participant’s responsibility to hold firm confirmation for their return flight.

7.2 When extension or deviation cannot be confirmed three weeks prior to group departure date, the participant is deemed to remain with the original tour schedules.

7.3 Extension of stay or deviation will be at the participant’s own expense and transfers to or from the airport will not be provided.

8 RESPONSIBILITIES
8.1 Where the Company has not been negligent nor in breach of any duty, it assumes no responsibility for injury, damage, accident, loss, delay or irregularities that may be caused to person or property where such occur as a result of circumstances beyond its control.

8.2 The Company does not accept any liability, whether negligent or otherwise, of those service providers for and during the trip but will render assistance wherever possible. The Company will also not be responsible or liable (for damages, refunds or otherwise) for: mechanical breakdown, government actions, weather, acts of God, strikes, compulsory quarantine, or other circumstances beyond its control.

8.3 The Company reserves rights to alter routes, timetables, itineraries, and accommodation reserved if this is so necessary or in the case of force majeure and to cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason including insufficient number of passengers.

8.4 The Company will as far as possible try to notify the client 14 days prior to departure in the case of cancellation due to insufficient numbers or as early as possible if cancellation is due to other factors.

9 RIGHT TO REJECT
9.1 The Company reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any bookings made for a participant or decline to accept or retain any person as a Participant of the trip due to the following circumstances.
a. Failure of participant to obtain required documentation (e.g. Health certifications, visas, passports, etc.)
b. Failure of participant to follow reasonable instructions including but not limited to check-in and check-out places and times.
c. When it appears to the Company, the participant is likely to endanger the health or safety of the rest of the Participants.

9.2 In any of the foregoing events, the Company’s sole liability shall be to refund to the client any monies paid less the amounts for service utilized, administration and cancellation fees.

10 DATA PROTECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
10.1 The Company respects your privacy and will make the necessary security arrangements to safeguard your personal information. It is the Company’s practice not to ask for information unless the Company needs and/or intends to use it. The primary purpose for collecting your personal information is to provide and deliver our products and services to you; improving our service and to conduct research and analysis and advertising and marketing our products and services (“the purposes”).

10.2 The type of personal information that the Company collects includes but is not limited to; your name, home and email addresses, home/office and mobile numbers; date of birth; gender, passport number and details, marital status, occupation, nationality, and other information necessary to fulfil specific travel and tour related purposes (such as booking air tickets and accommodations, visa application, emergency contact purposes etc.)

10.3 When you provide the Company with personal information for the purpose of receiving any form of assistance from the Company, the Company will collect, use and/or disclose such personal information solely to facilitate providing such assistance. Personal data collected will not be given to third parties unless it is necessary to fulfil the purposes set out herein (e.g. to share your information with vendors like hotels, airlines, land operators etc.) The Company will within its means to ensure that these third parties are also under similar obligations to protect your personal information.

10.4 The Company may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. This Privacy Policy is not intended to, nor does it create, any contractual rights whatsoever or any other legal rights, nor does it create any obligations on the Company in respect of any other party or on behalf of any party.

11 MISCELLANEOUS
11.1 The Company will only conduct water baptism upon request by the Pastor or Ministry leader who is leading the tour group for their church.

11.2 The Company will not accept any registration for twin sharing if the couple is unmarried.

11.3 All claims against The Company must be made in writing within 14 days from the date of return to Singapore for the company’s investigation. No responsibility is accepted in respect of any complaint and/or claim not so made.

11.4 The Company reserves the right to change, amend, insert, or delete any of the Terms and Conditions, or polices contained in this document, as the case may be, without prior notice.

11.5 These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with Singapore law, and each of the parties submits itself to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.

B. Bookings and Payments
1. How do I book a tour package?
Visit our website www.ibex.sg to select your choice of tour and register online. After registration, mail the cheque deposit to IBEx’s office (Refer to A2). Please ensure your passport has at least 7 months’ validity from the date of departure.

2. Amendments to booking
If you want to make changes after the online registration closes, there is an IBEx amendment fee of $50 and, in addition, the airline and land operators’ amendment charges will apply where applicable. For cancellation of tour, refer to D.

3. Modes of Payment
We accept the following
i. Cash: Please pay in person at IBEx’s office (Refer to A2.)
ii. Cheque: Crossed and made payable to ‘IBEX’ as indicated in the booking form. Please indicate participant’s name, contact no, tour destination and tour dates on the back of the cheque.
iii. ATM, Bank transfer or PayNow: Please contact us for the bank details or UEN Number.

C. Accommodation
1. What is the hotel standard for the tours?
Generally, we will provide 3-5 star hotel accommodation. This will be indicated in the tour itinerary.

2. What type of room options is available?
The tour cost displayed is based on twin sharing. For single room, there will be a supplementary cost. For triple sharing room, the tour cost for each participant remains the same for twin sharing. There is no reduced cost for triple sharing.

D. Cancellation and Refund
1. What happens when I cancel the tour?
You are required to inform IBEx on your cancellation via email or writing. A cancellation fee will be imposed on the participant. Refer to the table below for the cancellation charges.

2. What happens to my tour deposit if the tour fails to materialise?
Upon the closing of registration, if a tour fails to materialize, the deposit will be returned to participants.

E. Visa
1. Do I need a visa?
Refer to the table below to check if you require a visa to your tour destination. We will assist in visa application wherever possible; however, there will be extra charges. For overseas participants joining our tours, you are required to apply for your own visas at the nearest embassy to you. If your country is not listed in the table, please check with the embassy if you are required to apply for a visa.

F. Others
1. Can I extend the tour?
Participants who are interested to extend the tour are required to purchase their own air tickets (same departure flight to tour destination). They are only permitted to extend after the end of the tour.

2. Travel insurance
Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase their own travel insurance so as to cover any unforeseen circumstances for their tour.

How to Register
1. The registration link will be given to you.

2. To register for Bible Land Tours, please click on the respective category. Choose the tour or trip that you are registering and press Continue.

3. Complete the registration form and upload a copy of the Passport ID page for each participant.

4. Cheque deposit is required upon registration and balance payment will be collected once the tour is confirmed.

5. For participants who are below 21 years, they are required to fill an indemnity form. This is available for download at the CONSENT page.
