Dr Tan Lai Yong

Tan Lai Yong is a medical doctor who was involved in poverty alleviation and community development in Yunnan, China, from 1996 to 2010. After returning to Singapore, he pursued a Master in Public Admin at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and joined the College of Alice and Peter Tan (CAPT) as a Resident Fellow. He has received several teaching excellence awards and enjoys the outdoors and photography.
