The Singapore Government announced on 3 April 2020 that aside from essential services, most businesses will be required to close from Tuesday, 7 April until Monday, 4 May as a result of the escalation in cases of COVID-19 in Singapore.
International Bible Experiences will be closed during this period. For customers whose trips are cancelled because of COVID-19 situation and awaiting tour refunds, do note that there may be a delay of 6-8 weeks to process due to the closure period.
These are unprecedented times for all of us, but we are in this together. Please follow the government’s guidelines and stay at home and go out only for essentials during this period.

In view of the latest COVID-19 travel advisory by the Ministry of Health Singapore on 18 March 2020 on deferring all travel abroad with immediate effect amid a heightened risk of importing COVID-19 cases into Singapore, all tours operated by the company based on group departures from 3 Mar to 31 May 2020 have been suspended. We will be contacting all affected customers. The expansion of the travel advisory by Ministry of Health is to reduce the risk of Singaporeans being infected with the virus when abroad and spreading it to other Singaporeans when they return.
For tours departing from 1 June 2020, we are monitoring the situation closely. Affected participants will be contacted and advised of your options. Our team is doing all that is necessary to keep our participants safe. We thank you for your patience and understanding and look forward to things back to normal in the coming months. In the meantime, we continue to commit ourselves to your service.

We will be contacting all affected customers progressively. For tours departing from 1 June 2020, we are monitoring the situation closely. Affected participants will be contacted and advised of your options. Our team is doing all that is necessary to keep our participants safe.
