Officer/Coordinator (ETHOS Institute)

Overall responsibilities:
Coordinate Bible advocacy programmes, events, publications and researches; website administration.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate publishing of academic publications
  2. Coordinate, schedule and publish articles on the website
  3. Coordinate with partners on research projects
  4. Coordinate with partners/stakeholders/speakers in the planning and execution of Bible Advocacy programmes
  5. Web administration using WordPress
  6. Other office admin such as coordinating meetings, generating reports, handling enquiries and managing databases

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in project management
  • Diploma or Degree holder
  • Self-starter with a good eye for detail and strong ability to multi-task
  • Possess excellent team-working, organisational and analytical skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of WordPress and Social Media preferred
