Join us to gain practical tools and skills to navigate life's challenges effectively and support others in the journey towards improved mental health.

Facilitators:

Dr. Loke Keng Choong
PhD (Applied Psychology), MA (Applied Psychology), MDiv, MA (Biblical Studies), BA

Keng Choong works as a counselling psychologist in a government ministry, having 20 years of
counselling experience in various settings, including the social service and healthcare sectors. He is registered with the Singapore Association for Counselling as a registered counsellor, and the Singapore Psychological Society as a registered psychologist. In addition, he is a registered clinical supervisor with these two professional bodies.

Ms. Angeline Yap
MA (Counselling and Community Work), MA (Pastoral Studies), BCS (Hons)

Angeline is currently working as a counsellor at a private hospital. During and after her counselling practicums in various community agencies and a nursing home, she has worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures. She has counselled on multiple issues, including depression, anxiety, stress, sleep disturbances, grief, addiction, relationships, and self
development. She is a registered counsellor with the Singapore Association for Counselling.
