Programme Coordinator/Manager (SIBD)

Department: Sower Institute for Biblical Discipleship (SIBD)

Reports to: Manager/Director

Overall Responsibilities:
Coordinate bible engagement programmes and events; support regional literacy initiatives; work with various stakeholders to plan and deliver training programmes

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  1. Coordinate and ensure deliverables for day-to-day operations of bible engagement programmes and events
  2. Coordinate and provide administrative support for the regional literacy initiatives
  3. Work closely with lecturers and trainers in the running of courses, workshops, seminars and lectures to meet the need for bible engagement of the wider church body
  4. Establish and cultivate relationship with churches for Institute’s programmes as well as liaise and support the running these events for their congregation

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in project management
  • Diploma or Degree holder
  • Self-starter with a good eye for detail and strong ability to multi-task
  • Possess excellent team-working, organisational and analytical skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
